Rock Music was huge and guitar makers were failing to keep up with the times.The world was ready for a Guitar that looked, played and sounded superior to what was available from manufaturers at that time. Zelinski had a better idea. What followed was a line of Guitars thatr for the first time allowed players to to play to their potential.
