Keilwerth SX90 Series Baritone Saxophone

Since 1925, Keilwerth has concerned itself with creating saxophones that allow the musician to shape his own sound and style. With this in mind, Keilwerth took the technical advantages and improvements of the SX 90, and added some extra features to truly make the musician‘s instrument his own. The result was the SX 90, a Baritone saxophone reminiscent of the old Conn and Buescher saxophones of the 1940s.

The Julius Keilwerth SX90 Baritone Saxophone produces a rich, deep tone. It has the capability of blending into a jazz ensemble or cutting through during solos.

Adjustable Palm Keys make the SX90 comfortable and easy to play, allowing the musician to concentrate on his performance and not his instrument.

Adjustable Palm Keys make the SX90R comfortable and easy to play, allowing the musician to concentrate on his performance. The wide connection ring between bow and body increases the stability of the saxophone.

The outstanding feature of these saxophones is the tone holes. The rings of the SX90R saxophone are soldered onto the edge of the standardised drawn tone holes. They increase the lifetime of the pads, which can be easily exchanged if necessary.
