The
Vintage Advance AV1 offers an extremely versatile level of guitar
performance. With its mahogany body, deep contoured maple top and
mahogany set-neck construction, all the classic single cutaway attributes
are here. Helping to achieve this are a pair of PAF-voiced Wilkinson
nickel-covered WVC humbucking pickups. The ergonomically designed
control layout features a master volume, master tone, and innovative
Vintage ‘Roll Control’, which transforms each pickup
from full humbucker to single coil operation - and any degree of
tonality in between.
Combined with the 3-way pick up selector switch, this specialised
and unique circuitry gives the best selection of electric guitar
tones ever available in a guitar of this style.
Check out too the Vintage 'high access' neck joint with innovative
thumb scoop on the top bout. This offers greatly improved upper
fret access, which makes the AV1 the more 'playable' guitar in its
class.
The Vintage Advance AV1 is available in four great traditional finishes;
Boulevard Black with multiple white/black binding and gold hardware;
Cherry Sunburst Flame, Honeyburst Flame or Natural Flame with single
ivory binding on a stained flame maple veneer top, with nickel hardware.
