ADLER BASSOONS

Under the direction of master craftsman Ludwig Frank, who learnt his craft from Klaus Moennig in 1979 and with the management of executive directors Frank Meyer and Veit Schindler, decisive changes were introduced at the company at the beginning of the year 2000. One of the many highlights was the move of the company to the completely restored "Villa Schuster", that was originally constructed in 1905/1906. This meant not only a consolidation of both workshops under one roof, but also the marriage of modern production methods with ancient craft traditions.

Adler used finest materials for all their Bassoons. The types of wood used on Adler Bassoons , like the Bosnian Maple, are dried by air and stocked for long time to allow to mature. The hand-crafted mechanisms are silver or gold plated and have a high level of dependability and durability. All Adler Bassoons  are delivered with case, cover, cleaning set and accessories
